Please note that Sherisse Enterprise has the rights to change the contents of the terms and conditions without any notice. Any violation of rules and regulations of these terms and conditions, Sherisse Enterprise will take immediate actions against the offender(s).
Product and Pricing Information
Approximate dimension is shared under product information. Please allow measurement variance of approximate +/- 2 cm. Items that vary within this range will not be accepted as defect. Also, there may be a variance in the colour of the actual item due to computer screen settings and studio lighting. We cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same shown on the monitor as that is depending on the user monitor. Sherisse Bags portrays all items as accurately as possible. Returns due to colour variances will not be accepted.
Upon completing your order, a confirmation page will be displayed and your order number will be provided. You will also receive an email confirmation shortly after your order has been submitted. If your email does not arrive 48 hours after you have placed your order, please contact us via sherisse.bags@gmail.com for assistance. Once order is ship, you will receive a tracking number updated in your shipping confirmation e-mail.
All unclaimed parcels are forfeited 30 days after order shipment notification is sent.
Returns and Exchanges
We provide returns and exchanges of product purchased due to manufacturing defect or being out of expectation, within 10 days from the date product is received.
Unless the product received has defect, please note that items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be defect. Items should be returned unused with our original tags, dust bag and packaging box. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted. In the event, the goods has been used or damaged by the customer (not manufacturing defect), there will not be any refund.
Delivery fee to product return shall be borne by the customer. We will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
To initiate a return, kindly email sherisse.bags@gmail.com with your order number and we will advise you accordingly. Please note that no refund will be provided if you return without prior approval from us.
Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its validity for returns, a store credit voucher with no expiry date, equivalent to the price of the purchased product, will be issued and sent via email to the customer.
Sherisse Bags reserves the right to decline returns of items that do not meet all conditions
Incorrect/Damaged Item(s)
All our product has gone through thorough quality and durability test. We inspect each bags prior to mailing. It's our best interest that you receive your order in pristine condition. If in the event we do miss a damage or fault, please reach out to us at sherisse.bags@gmail.com immediately. You can expect us to attend to your issue within 24 hours.
An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you are/is incorrect or damaged. There are strictly no cash refund. If item is out of stock, we will proceed to issue the incorrect/damaged item(s) value in gift cards only.
Shipping or delivery charges for mailing item(s) back to us will be reimbursed in terms of store credits. All exchanges/returns will be processed and dealt with by Sherisse Bags via email only. Sherisse Bags will not be liable should you purchase our merchandize from any third party. We will not accept any request for exchange.
Delivery service
Upon completion of payment, all orders will be ship out within 2 to 3 working days. Overall, we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours on Monday to Friday (except on public holidays). In the event of unexpected delays, we will attempt to email you to keep you posted on the delayed delivery. In case of public holidays and over the peak festive periods, please allow an extra of 3 working days.
We will make all reasonable efforts to deliver your order via the courier logistics. Kindly note that we cannot confirm on the delivery period as courier logistics disruption is beyond our control. Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to receive delivery and sign for the same. We shall not be responsible for delivery being received by unauthorised person. Any cost for re-delivery will be passed to you if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.
Any damage or loss to the goods during carriage or delivery to the nominated address of the customer will not be the responsibility of Sherisse Bags and there will be no refunds.
Our shipping method has been integrated with EasyParcel Malaysia. We do offer free delivery across Peninsular Malaysia and flat RM20 delivery fee per order for East Malaysia. Please select Standard Shipping during checkout. For rest of the world delivery, the shipping rates shown during checkout is realtime rates from EasyParcel Malaysia.
